OnTrack Terms of Service
1. License
OnTrack grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the software on your own devices for personal or work purposes.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must use OnTrack in compliance with applicable laws.
- Reverse engineering, redistribution, and commercial resale of the software are prohibited.
- If you enable "AI Insights," you are solely responsible for the cost and management of your own Google Gemini API key.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
OnTrack is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no guarantee that the software will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software. Because all data is stored locally on your own device, backup and preservation are your responsibility.
5. Changes
These terms may be revised. Updates will be posted on this page.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction at the operator's domicile as the court of first instance.
